We are expanding the team and adding new projects around the world and currently want to add one Semi Senior Talent Acquisition to the Recruitment team for the LATAM region.
Identify potential candidate niches in the market, generate professional links with educational entities that allow the strategic positioning of Digodat and MightyHive in the market.
To sustain a potential candidate base.
Coordinate the different stages of the recruitment process, working as a supplier for our internal client.
Work in a team with the design of different recruitment strategies to gain positioning as an Employer Brand, design internal programmes to identify and prepare potential candidates such as the Training of Trainees
To know the needs of our clients in terms of Talent, to function as the main interlocutor with them as a strategic consultant for the supply of Talent.
Generate links with global recruitment teams and implement global practices locally.
TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE
Careers linked to HR: Human Resources, Psychology, similar
Additional training: agile methodologies, different recruitment software, interview strategies.
Language: advanced English (must)
+3 years of experience in recruitment and at least 1 year with profiles from the digital world.
Intermediate knowledge in digital profiles
Intermediate knowledge in IT profiles
Strategic vision: ability to understand the needs of the business and act in accordance with the well-being of the company.
Ability to coordinate: ability to carry out processes simultaneously from beginning to end, coordinating other people and generating the necessary agreements to move with agility.
Digital market knowledge: understanding of the labour market and the main issues of our profiles, ability to estimate efforts and anticipate problems.
Ability to communicate with stakeholders: ability to generate bonds of trust with our stakeholders based on the quality of our work. Ability to maintain fluid, dynamic and strategic communication with them.
Ability to interact with different working cultures
