Your challenges and objectives:
Work with all teams in our worldwide locations to understand their specific needs and expectations.
Satisfy the company’s global staffing needs, taking into account industrial requirements and cultural affinity.
Keep up to date in the latest recruiting technology.
Your day-to-day activities:
Contact candidates through different means.
Network and perform market research.
Manage events and public relations.
Provide a great candidate experience.
Bilingual (English and Spanish). You’ll be recruiting all over the world, so other languages are a plus.
Background in sales or recruiting. IT or software companies is a plus.
Great communication skills.
Analytical and creative profile.
Flexible and fast learner.
