Talent Analyst (Leader)
For this position, we are looking for professionals with a degree in HR, Labor Relations, Psychology, Administration, or related, with 3 to 5 years of experience in similar positions, to work at our headquarters in Martinez, Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Mission:
To focus on talent development, as to contribute to the achievement of the strategic initiatives of the company, and in alignment with Barbuss values and culture.
The position will have the objective of providing assistance to develop the team´s potential, leadership, commitment and teamwork, increasing the motivation and satisfaction of employees.
Responsibilities:
Manage HR processes.
Design and update general HR Policies and Processes.
Manage the process of Recruitment, Search, Selection, and Onboarding of new employees globally.
Design programs and alliances with different organizations to develop the Employer Brand.
Manage Talent Management: performance evaluations, career plans, retention policies, etc.
Design and develop internal communication.
Survey training needs and design training plans, etc.
Analyze and define the optimal organization structure and compensation bands.
Design, implement and manage Benefits.
Develop team-building activities for employees.

Requirements:
University Degree in HR, Labor Relations, Psychology, Administration, or related.
Excellent English skills (oral and written).
Knowledge of methodologies for managing groups.
Up to 5 years of previous experience in similar positions.
Competences: Leadership, Teamwork, Results-oriented, Autonomy, and Dynamism. Ability to make decisions and handle confidential information.
Living near our Office in Martinez, Buenos Aires, Argentina.
This position requires the candidate to be extremely oriented towards delivering good service, at a fast pace, dynamic, proactive, and flexible to adapt to evolving scenarios.
