Job Description
We are looking for a Human Resources Generalist for our operation in Chile:
Among its functions will be to be in charge of the recruitment and selection process for Mining an Telecom projects.
Keep job descriptors and organizational charts updated, Support in processes of the area such as Inclusion and Diversity Program, compensation analysis, training, benefits, internal and external audits, labor relations issues.
In addition, this person is expected to contribute to the continuous updating and improvement of the different processes.
Initial Performance Evaluation for Mining positions mainly (Talent Review – Nine Box)
Basic Requirements
Minimum Requirements
Psychology, Business Engineering, Human Resources Engineering or related careers.
At least 2 years of experience in similar positions.
Desirable management of some ERP or management system of the area.
Microsoft Office intermediate level.
Intermediate English level (mandatory)
Minimum Experience Of 2 Years
