The Talent Experience Associate will be responsible for ensuring a best-in-class employee experience surrounding operational activities throughout the employee’s lifecycle (payroll + compliance, organizational wellness, talent attraction experience, data + insights, talent systems, etc.) mainly in Buenos Aires Office and support the local Talent Team as they further define and refine what these experiences look like at R/GA.
Reporting to the Talent Director, this role will partner across the verticals of the Talent Team (Talent Partners, Talent Experience and Talent Development) and provide support activities that shape the employee experience. This role will be based in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
The Associate’s areas of responsibility will include generalist support, execution of daily operational tasks, and participation in Talent Experience projects.
Daily Operational Support
Support Talent team members in facilitating effective business operations.
Respond to employee questions regarding Benefits, Payroll and Paid Time Off via email or request management system.
Present benefit programs to new hires.
Process new hire paperwork.
Create legal employment documents from templates.
Maintain employee records in online systems.
Utilize information systems to extract data and provide insights for clear communication to stakeholders.
Attend team meetings and collaborate with the local Talent Team.
Operate all processes in compliance with Argentine Labor Law.
Process address changes, pay rates updated, and PTO modifications.
Talent Experience Project Support
Provide support activities for key Talent Experience programs and projects
Advise on any key risk areas or operational issues that may impact delivery
Support communication plans related to projects and change initiatives.
Build strong relationships with project team members
Propose process improvements for existing procedures and workflows within the various operational aspects of the Talent Team
Support Talent Partners and Talent development initiatives when possible.
At least 1+ years’ experience of human resources/business or related experience preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management or Finance (or equivalent degree/experience)
Excellent English language skills required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Passion and interest in people, payroll, and/or employment law
Demonstrated ability to learn new information quickly
Great sense for numbers and detailed work
Strong MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) required
Strong customer service skills and the ability to provide world-class service to employees at all levels
Solution focused and able to proactively identify potential issues
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data
Experience with HR systems (PeopleSoft, Greenhouse) a plus
