About the Department
Anchored in our Global Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence (Global TA CoE), our high-performing TA team consists of 5 dedicated TA professionals. Being anchored in the Global TA CoE under ‘TA International’, means that you will join a global team of functional subject matter experts in the area of TA and will therefore be able to tap into global TA best practice, which you will then be able to apply locally in Argentina, Chile & Perú. The position will be located in our office in Vicente López, Buenos Aires.
Argentina affiliate is located in Buenos Aires with approx. 150 employees. Chile & Perú affiliate has offices in Santiago de Chile and Lima, Perú with approx. 90 employees.
Together we are driving change with the aim of defeating diabetes and other serious chronic diseases such as obesity and rare blood and metabolic disorders.
The position
As our TA Partner for Argentina, Chile & Perú, you will be responsible for recruitments at all levels, which will give you the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues and business leaders across functions. You will be the TA subject matter expert, advising our hiring managers in all matters related to recruitment. You will be responsible for understanding the talent needs of the business and converting them into effective talent strategies. You will be also responsible for articulating all the activities between all stakeholders involved in the recruitment process, including Sourcer and Administrative. In addition, you will be responsible for facilitating the recruitment process by conducting candidate assessments and business cases when applicable. Ultimately, you will be responsible for delivering smooth and professional candidate and hiring manager experience during the entire recruitment process.
You will also be driving the Employer Branding activities in Argentina, Chile & Perú to ensure that Novo Nordisk is a preferred company to work for. You will be responsible for implementing innovative digital recruitment practices by using various social media platforms. You will also have a role to play in other TA related activities such us graduate recruitment activities.
As Talent Acquisition Partner, you will report to the Head of Talent Acquisition LATAM. You should expect some travel throughout the year in order to ensure a good coverage and collaboration with both affiliates.
Qualifications
You have minimum 4 years of experience from a similar TA role in a global company.
You have a bachelor’s degree within HR or a related field.
Fluency in English & Spanish is a must, and you have strong communication and presentation skills.
Experience with Employer Branding and effective usage of social media platforms.
Experience from an RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourced) supported recruitment delivery model is an advantage.
