Your «day to day»:
– Directly manage and execute end to end recruitment processes for South Cluster markets with focus on Commercial and Shared Service Center roles such as FI, IT, HR, etc.
– Work proactively in strategic sourcing in order to increase internal capabilities and fill the talent gap
– Partner with internal clients to recommend Recruiting strategies, align expectations, proactively anticipate hiring solutions and work as a talent advisor.
– Identify proactive and creative recruiting strategies for candidate’s pipeline channels, including leveraging our internal tools, job posting channels, internal career page (Open Sourcing Program), social media and other recruiting resources to identify qualified candidates.
– Ensure metrics and TA reports are updated to leverage TA strategies and ensure ongoing performance
– Deploy and help to develop new TA programs and products based on global/regional guidelines.
– Partners with Regional/Global teams to provide local inputs, co-create and recommend changes to ensure Synergies, Collaboration & Continuous Improvement in our TA activities.
– Design, plan and deploy the Employer Branding strategy across the cluster and aligned to the global guidelines.
– Deploy and ensure the proper execution of the internal career program (Open Sourcing) across the cluster
– Adapt Latin America & Canada onboarding concept, according to cluster needs and integrate with function specific on-boarding needs.
– May work on global projects to drive future TA initiatives.

Who we´re looking for:
• 5+ years in TA and multinational environment;
• Knowledge and experience in creating and implementing Talent Acquisition strategies and initiatives
• Expertise & in-depth experience in Employer Branding, CRM, Recruitment tools/systems
• Experience in leveraging metrics and internal/external insights to identify and implement areas for process and program improvement;
• Experience in leading multiple, medium-scale projects simultaneously is required, as is the ability to develop relationships and influence others
• Fluent in English.
• Entrepreneurship, positive attitude, attention to details.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
