As the Recruiting Manager – LATAM, your role will be KEY in building the Latin America recruitment team and creating the right structure to set it for success. You will develop and lead recruitment strategies that will ensure your clients meet their hiring goals. You understand the big picture, have creative problem solving skills and strive to make the hiring process smarter and more efficient. You’ll set performance metrics (and monitor them) that will allow us to achieve our targets while optimizing for client & candidate experience. You apply interpersonal savvy to develop lasting & effective relationships and partner with multiple client groups. What you will be doing:
Build and manage a regional recruiting team for Latin American Region. Design and execute a recruiting strategy best suited to the business needs.
Manage a team of recruiters to deliver excellent performance, develop their recruiting expertise, and mentor them, providing supportive and honest career evaluations and facilitating professional growth.
Track recruiting activity, provide data analysis regularly to the business and HR leadership. Ensure your team’s 100% data accuracy in Greenhouse and other systems (requisitions data, job description quality, candidates’ experience KPIs, etc). Identify and own strategies to lift productivity.
Together with your team, provide continuous training to your client group on GreenHouse & recruitment process and get them completely on-board.
Develop strong partnerships with all stakeholders to ensure overall staffing objectives are met.
Who we’re looking for:
You have significant exposure to recruiting, gained either in-house or in an agency (or both) across major Latin American countries (Mexico, Colombia, Argentina & Chile). You have extensive experience in hiring for retail operations / sales associates preferably in the Auto / Manufacturing industries).
You also have experience working on leadership roles / C-level clients and a strong track record of solving complex problems and delivering significant impact to the business and/or as a manager.
You have leadership ability to develop employees and maximize individual & team performance while maintaining a fun working environment.
You have demonstrated personal accountability, integrity, credibility and are a role model for others. You have strong analytical skills and ability to work with metrics, numbers and trends. You are able to drive insights from data and use it to improve your and your team’s performance.
Overall you are able to identify and galvanize a web of relationships and dependencies to holistically solve problems and seize opportunities.
