As a Senior Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

Formará parte del team de Talent Acquisition y será responsable por la gestión integral (end to end) de procesos de búsqueda de profesionales para nuestras distintas líneas de servicio, que incluye: relevamiento del perfil, diseño de la estrategia de reclutamiento en función de la criticidad de los perfiles definidos y de los plazos de incorporación, screening y entrevistas a postulantes, coordinación de evaluaciones, negociación de condiciones de contratación, así como la confección de los reportes asociados a las actividades antes mencionadas, entre otras.
Requisitos:
– Profesional de Recursos Humanos o carreras afines
– 3 + años en reclutamiento de posiciones (niveles senior o manager) desarrollada en empresas multinacionales (preferentemente de servicios).
– Nivel avanzado de idioma inglés (excluyente).
– Muy buen manejo de las relaciones interpersonales y marcada orientación de servicio.
– Digital skills serán un plus (tableau, alteryx, etc.).
