DESCRIPCIÓN DEL PUESTO
The main responsibility of the role will be to proactively find and analyze properties´ investment opportunities within the real state business (firstly, in the Philadelphia, US area, with expansive plans to other states).
We expect from the role to provide recommendations, propose deals and participate in different company projects.
The role will also collaborate on existing portfolio performance analysis, being compliant with other processes and controls from tax, finance, and accounting, among other areas.
REQUISITOS
The ideal candidate will need to align immediately with the company business, as it is a constantly growing business. Managing complex situations with a flexible approach will be part of your daily business.
You will join a young and dynamic 100% remote team. We expect from this role a high level of independence and organization. We are looking for a candidate able to work from home, optimizing times to find out and to analyze the best business investment options.
Even if the jobholder can be located anywhere in the Americas, he / she must have English as second high-level-language.
Candidates should have a degree in Economics and job experience related to purchases, up to 2 years.
Excellent computer and Excel skills.
