About the role
We are looking for a Marketing Analyst to contribute in further spreading Beat’s brand presence and attract new users through exciting and innovative campaigns. The ideal candidate is a self-driven, creative person who is constantly looking for ways to improve things. As a Marketing Analyst at Beat, you will assist with the various campaigns, partnerships & creative needs of the team. You will have the opportunity to gain much more experience in this field and help us spread the word about Beat!
What will you have to do day in and day out:
Work closely with the Brand Marketing Manager to plan, create and implement 360 marketing campaigns
Work closely with the Regional Marketing team to align on strategies plans and messages communicated in the local market
Collaborate with multiple teams, including Consumer Insights, Customer Experience, Market Intelligence and Product to execute marketing campaigns and projects
Manage communications, media an PR outreach and communication with external agencies
Analyze marketing initiatives and measure ROI
Responsible for following up on the Marketing budget
Curate the city’s events calendar and find meaningful partnerships with local events, venues and brands

What you need to have:
Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration or similar field
4+ years experience in Marketing and Integrated Campaigns
Fluency in English, both written and oral
Relevant experience crafting integrated marketing campaigns, working with media agencies and measuring ROI of Marketing initiatives
Experience coordinating PR activities such as: influencers management, communication with media, events coordination and also crisis management
A perfect mix of creativity and analytical ability
Excellent communication skills, the ability to handle multiple projects, competing priorities and adapt to a rapidly growing, dynamic environment
Superior organizational skills, integrity and great follow-up on tasks
Team spirit with a sense of ownership and «get things done» attitude, self-motivated and ability to thrive in a fast-paced and self-directed environment
