We are looking for a Head of Technology

Our client is the largest creative content production specialist in the world, working across all media and industry sectors, to deliver results by bringing together data, insights, production, language expertise and technology.

Main Responsibilities:
· Oversee the company’s technical team and all projects undertaken.
· Liaising with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to standard.
· Help identify risks/issues, dependencies or impacts in any project. Ensure project management work is executed successfully.
· Oversee project timelines/deliverables, align on priorities, disseminate key information and support to stakeholders.
· Communicate effectively and proactively on project activities, issues and overall status to management and key stakeholders.
· Lead and motivate the team to achieve high standards and goals maintain high levels of creativity and energy.
· Help the team adapt quickly to changing priorities, identify roadblocks and find solutions.

What you bring:
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
· Experience in a similar role would be advantageous web development knowledge
· Outstanding technical leads are accountable and trustworthy
· Strong leadership and organizational abilities. Innovation and creativity are a must
· Strong knowledge of project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
· Advanced level of the English language (exclusive)
· Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics
