Growth Operations Manager Jefe

Our client, a multinational technology company, is looking for a Growth Operations Manager (PM role; temporary position for 6 months with possible extensions).

The responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

Assist with the design and implementation of operational systems and processes to support the efficient functioning of the local team and delivery of program activities in-region.
Maintain local alignment to global operational guidelines to ensure that growth activities are delivered to the desired timeline and budget.
Development of new processes, frameworks, and providing backbone support to the marketing, technical, communication and business development teams on the ground.
Support with ongoing program operations including resolving day-to-day queries and acting as an interface for internal and external teams.
Maintain reporting mechanisms to ensure effective project tracking and monitoring so that milestones, deliverables and budgets are met.
Monitor KPIs and optimize processes to achieve success based on defined metrics.
Provide regional financial updates and reports, as required

Core skills and experience required:

Minimum 3-years’ operations experience.
Proficiency in English language, both oral and written, is required
Ability to work across UK and US time-zones with cross-functional teams.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with Oracle eBusiness Suite and NetSuite (or comparable ERP and CRM systems/processes) is desirable.

The position will be based at Puerto Madero (CABA). (Nowadays 100% Home Office)
