COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR (ARG)
The Role
– Reporting to the Regional Leader of LATAM in Brazil you will be based at the Head Office in Buenos Aires and will be required to promote a fantastic brand together with local dealers in the Argentinean territory.
– You will be responsible for the achievement of sales targets in an assigned area in accordance with the local and regional plan, leading a team of seasoned sales professionals.
– Developing interesting synergy with other strategic areas such as marketing, finance and after-market is key to the success of the role.
Requirements
– Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Agronomy, Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration.
– Post-graduate and/or master’s degree.
– Experience developing and managing local dealers.
– At least 7 years of sales experience, ideally coming from an Industrial or Agricultural background.
– People oriented and proven management skills.
– Strong financial skills.
– Negotiation skills; result oriented/owner´s mindset.
– Strong presentation skills (both in-person and over video calls).
– Availability to travel 50% of the time.
– Fluent in English.
– Located in AMBA, Argentina.
