About the role
What you need to know:
-This position oversees the following locations Mexico, Brazil, Ecuador, Puerto Rico, Miami Reinsurance Desk and Venezuela.
-Part of Global TA committee for best practices (TA Leadership council)
-Cascading of global initiatives into LAC region
-Strategic analysis through KPI’s and Dashboards
-Follow up on approval processes and priorities established in each country by HR, in order to build pipelines.
-Building of Talent Pipelines of passive candidates in the market (fore specialized and senior level positions) and supervising of other countries across LAC
-Continuously Develops with team, coaching and mentoring
-Talent Advisory: develop strategy, present to and influence internal clients how to execute a process to best meet hiring needs, provide updates, ensure appropriate staffing, adjust strategy to meet changing business priorities.
-Build Strong Partnerships with HR leads for each business segment to enable successful execution of key HR initiatives.
– Continuously providing context and building understanding with internal clients (business) and hiring managers regarding the overall Talent Acquisition direction.
-Partnership with universities for young professionals and interns programs
-Apply advance sourcing techniques and direct contact with passive candidates
-Provide market intelligence maps for high level positions
-Handle Global Mobility cases relocating from other countries for positions covered through a requisition
-Candidate Care initiatives to improve the candidate experience and branding in the market
-Implementation of Talent Planning Sessions (historical data and forecast for the year) with leaders in different functions
-Compensation proposals and complex scenarios
-Training of hiring managers on recruitment process and guidelines
-Training of Talent Acquisition team on best practices, new guidelines and recruiting effectiveness
-Produce monthly and quarterly reports for recruiting positions, as well as ad-hoc report when needed
What we’re looking for:
Experience in Recruiting and Talent Acquisition and managing remote teams
Insurance experience is a plus but not a must
Knowledge of Latin America countries
Strong Analytical skills
Competency based interview skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and make things happen
Proactive and organized
