Group Director, Production
Our Production Team manages projects from beginning to end. They’re problem solvers that know every detail of any given project and serve as the ‘go-to’ for both clients and the R/GA team. They know what to expect, what to do next, and where they need to be at all times.
The Group Director, Production leads the production team in Argentina that collaborates with other R/GA offices across our global network. They determine staffing and create and execute plans for their team that motivate, train, guide, and deliver excellence for our clients. The Group Director, Production is accountable for the successful operating performance across all lines of business within their business unit, and partners with the Managing Director, Finance Director, and senior-most clients on all operational matters.
Here’s what you should know if you want to be a Group Director, Production at R/GA:
On any given day you might:
Lead and mentor a team of talented Executive Producers, Senior Producers and Producers.
Collaborate with the team to drive multiple large-scale projects to completion including websites, branding, content and more.
Develop program and operational models including staffing plans, hierarchy models, communication strategy, tool definition and usage, assumptions, etc.
Act as the primary contact with the client and help ensure they are extremely satisfied with our services and products.
Track project/program performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short (and long) term goals, assist the Executive Production Director with developing KPI’s for production and delivery that are actionable and measurable.
Work across all departments/disciplines at R/GA, the client, and other stakeholders to achieve the desired results and meet the objectives of the company. Be the key Argentina liaison with our network offices.

The ideal person:
Able to use excellent leadership skills, strategic vision, and creative inspiration to foster and develop a large but cohesive team of individuals from different backgrounds and disciplines.
Solid understanding of business, marketing, visual design, user-centered experience design, interaction design, brand development and web development.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to develop plans, build presentations, and confidently present them in a professional and effective manner. Ability to communicate information, whether technical or non-technical, to clients and employees in a clear and concise manner.
Excellent organizational skills and a very high level of attention to detail to include defining, tracking, recording, documenting all processes and procedures.
Expert at setting goals and priorities in a constantly changing environment. Constantly searches for and proposes process efficiencies
Comfort navigating complex organizations with multiple stakeholders.
You bring:
Minimum 10+ years running large engagements for Fortune 500 clients.
Success overseeing multiple teams across diverse programs and initiatives.
Exceptional written and spoken English to be able to work with our US-based R/GA teams and with the client teams.
